Leadralia

Leadralia vs LinkedIn Sales Navigator: people on LinkedIn, or businesses on the map

Sales Navigator finds named people at companies with a LinkedIn presence. Leadralia finds every business in an area, with a verified email, and sends the message. Which fits your market.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Leadralia are both called prospecting tools, and they almost never look at the same companies. Sales Navigator searches LinkedIn: the people who have a profile there, the companies they work for, and the relationships between them. Leadralia searches the map: every business of a chosen type in a chosen area, whether or not anyone inside it has ever opened LinkedIn.

That difference is not a detail, it is the whole decision. If your buyer is a head of operations at a 600-person manufacturer, they are on LinkedIn, their job title is on LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator is built to find them, watch them and warm the introduction. If your buyer is the owner of a dental practice, a bodyshop, a bakery or a plumbing firm, there may be no profile at all, and the company's real address is a shopfront on a street.

This comparison stays honest about both. Sales Navigator does things Leadralia does not attempt: named decision makers, alerts on job changes, CRM sync, warm paths through colleagues. Leadralia does the thing Sales Navigator cannot do: hand you every business in a territory with a phone number, a website and a verified email address, then write and send the outreach.

What it searches

Sales Navigator searches a professional network. You filter by function, seniority, headcount, years in role and dozens of other attributes, and you get people. That is a precise instrument when you know the shape of the buyer but not their name.

Leadralia searches a place. You pick a type of business and an area, and you get every business of that type in it: not a sample, not the ones with a marketing budget, all of them. The unit is the company, and the company is where it stands.

Data source

LinkedIn's data is written by the people in it. It is rich where professional identity matters, which means large employers, knowledge work, tech, finance, consulting and anyone whose career depends on being findable.

Leadralia holds no stored list. Every search reads public map data at that moment, then reads the business's own website, so a clinic that opened last month appears and one that closed does not. That is the trade: LinkedIn has depth on people who publish themselves, Leadralia has completeness in a geography.

What a result contains

A Sales Navigator result is a person or a company page. You get the name, the title, the company and whatever the member chose to show. You do not get an email address, and you do not get a switchboard number unless it happens to be on the page.

A Leadralia result is the business: name, address, phone, website, rating and review count, plus the email address found on the company's own website and verified for deliverability before you can use it. Finding and verifying that address costs €0.00.

Pricing model and entry price

Sales Navigator is per seat. LinkedIn publishes Core at US$119.99 per month per licence or US$1,079.88 per year, and Advanced at US$159.99 per month or US$1,799.88 per year, with euro figures of €120.99 and €1,088.88 for Core and €148.21 and €1,693.88 for Advanced on the same page. Advanced Plus is quoted per customer and the price is not published. Every seat costs the same whether the rep ran fifty searches that month or none.

Leadralia charges for results. You top up a wallet from €5 and pay €0.02 for a business found, €0.00 to find and verify its email, €0.05 to send an email through Leadralia (refunded automatically if the send fails) and €0.02 to reveal an address for use elsewhere. A business you already have costs €0.00 in any later search, forever. The balance never expires, and every search has a spending limit you set, so a bill cannot pass your number. Optional plans run from €19 to €299 per month for people who are there every week, with every feature in every tier and the yearly option charging for ten months and giving twelve.

The worked example on the Leadralia site: 1,000 businesses found (€20), all 1,000 emails found and verified (€0), the best 500 emailed (€25), so €45 in total.

Free tier

LinkedIn offers a free trial of Sales Navigator and then the subscription begins; there is no permanently free edition.

Leadralia's free tier has no end date and no card: 25 searches and 10 email sends per month. A search is a sweep of an area, not a single lookup, so 25 of them covers real ground.

Messaging

This is where the two part company completely. Sales Navigator's channel is InMail, inside LinkedIn. Every edition gets 50 credits a month, you can accumulate up to 150, you cannot buy more, and a credit comes back when someone replies within 90 days. That is a deliberately scarce channel, and the scarcity is part of why InMail still gets read.

Leadralia sends outside any platform. Describe your offer in one sentence and the built-in AI writes a personal message; you read, edit and approve every word, and the exact audience and the exact cost are on screen before anything goes out. Messages leave from your own mailbox, Gmail or Outlook by OAuth, any SMTP mailbox, or your own domain, by email. Every message ends with a one-line source sentence and a simple way to say no (send "no" to the address at the bottom), replies land in an inbox inside Leadralia, and each lead has a status, a note and a follow-up date.

Integrations and export

Sales Navigator wins this row and it is not close. It syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle, and the Advanced Plus edition is built around that sync. Its own limitation is that LinkedIn does not offer a native export of leads and accounts to CSV or XLS; the data is meant to live in LinkedIn or flow into a connected CRM.

Leadralia has no API, no browser extension and no CRM connector. It exports to Excel or CSV in one click, shows leads on a map, and that is the whole integration story. If you have an engineer who maintains connectors, that is a point against Leadralia. If you do not, there is nothing to install and no keys to manage.

Compliance

The two are working with different kinds of data, and that changes the obligation.

Sales Navigator is built on personal profiles of named individuals, and contacting a named person in a professional capacity puts the lawful basis on you.

Leadralia uses public business data only: the business's public listing and its own website. No bought databases, no data brokers, no personal profiles. Every message ends with a one-line source sentence and a simple way out (send "no" to the address at the bottom; mail to Belgium also carries an unsubscribe link), a business can remove itself instantly through a self-serve portal, and Leadralia never sells data. Leadralia works under GDPR.

Who it suits

Sales Navigator suits the seller whose deal has a name on it. Leadralia suits the seller whose market has a boundary on a map.

When to choose which

Choose Sales Navigator when:

  • Your buyer is a named person inside a company, and the title matters as much as the company.
  • Your market is mid-market or enterprise, where almost everyone you need has a profile.
  • The sale is relationship led: warm introductions through colleagues, alerts when someone changes job, several stakeholders to map before a first meeting.
  • You want the data in Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or Oracle rather than in a spreadsheet.

Choose Leadralia when:

  • The list is the missing piece: every hotel on a coastline, every garage in a province, every clinic in a city.
  • Your buyers are small local businesses that barely use LinkedIn, where the owner is the decision maker and the address is the office.
  • You need a phone number, a website and a working email address, not a profile.
  • You want to write and send the outreach in the same place you built the list, by email.
  • You do not want per seat subscriptions, and would rather pay for results than for an allowance you may not use.
  • You are working a country you do not know yet: Leadralia covers 195 countries, down to a single street.

Plenty of teams should use both, and the split is clean. Sales Navigator for the twenty named accounts with a committee behind each one. Leadralia for the two thousand small businesses in a region where the company, not the individual, is the target.

Frequently asked questions

Can Sales Navigator give me email addresses?

No. Sales Navigator shows LinkedIn profiles and company pages, and its messaging channel is InMail inside LinkedIn, with 50 credits a month on every edition. Email addresses are not part of a result, which is why so many teams bolt a separate enrichment tool onto it. Leadralia finds the address on the business's own website and verifies it before it can be used, at €0.00.

Will Sales Navigator find small local businesses?

Sometimes, and unevenly. A company only appears if someone created a page or a profile for it, so coverage of restaurants, salons, workshops and independent clinics is patchy in a way that is hard to audit: you cannot tell whether a filter returned everything or only the connected half. Leadralia reads the map, so a business that exists in the area is in the result whether or not anyone there uses LinkedIn.

Is Leadralia cheaper than Sales Navigator?

They are not priced on the same axis. A Sales Navigator Core licence is US$119.99 per month per seat, or US$1,079.88 per year, and it costs that whether the seat is busy or idle. Leadralia has no seat and no floor: €0.02 per business found, €0.00 for the verified email, and a quiet month costs almost nothing. For a large sales team working named enterprise accounts, the seat price buys capabilities Leadralia does not have. For one person mapping a local market, the wallet is a different order of spend.

Bottom line

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is the best tool there is for finding a specific person at a specific kind of company, following what they do, and reaching them through the network they already trust. If your buyer publishes a professional identity, that is where the buyer is, and no map search will substitute for it.

Leadralia is for the market underneath that: the businesses on the street that may never appear in a LinkedIn filter. It finds every one of them in an area anywhere in the world, attaches a phone number, a website and a verified email for free, writes the first message with AI that you approve word by word, and sends it by email, charging per result with no subscription.

If your bottleneck is "which businesses are even out there", run a search for free and look at what comes back; the first 25 searches need no card.
