Leadralia

Leadralia vs Kaspr: a LinkedIn extension, or a map of every business

Kaspr is a Chrome extension that reveals phone numbers and emails on LinkedIn profiles. Leadralia searches the map for every business in an area, with a verified email and the outreach included.

Kaspr and Leadralia both end with contact details on your screen. They start in completely different places, and that is the whole comparison.

Kaspr is a Chrome extension you run on LinkedIn. You open a profile, a group or an event, click the Kaspr button, and it reveals the phone number and the email address it holds for that person. It was built in Paris, it is strongest on European contacts, and since 2022 it belongs to Cognism.

Leadralia is a map search. You name a type of business and an area, from a whole country down to a single street, and it returns every business that matches, read live from the map at the moment you search, with the business's own email address found from its website and verified for free. Then the built-in AI writes the first message and sends it from your mailbox.

So the question is not which product is better. It is whether the people you want to reach are already in front of you on LinkedIn, or whether the list itself is the piece you are missing.

In short. Kaspr turns a LinkedIn profile into a phone number. Leadralia turns an area on the map into a list of businesses you can email today. If you already know the person, Kaspr is the right tool; if you still have to find the companies, it cannot start.

What the rows mean

Where a search starts

Kaspr needs a profile. You are on LinkedIn, you have decided who is interesting, and the extension fills in how to reach them. Bulk enrichment works the same way from a LinkedIn search, a group or an event, within the per-plan limits.

Leadralia needs a place. "Dental clinics in Lyon", "garages in Antwerp", "hotels along a coastline": the search sweeps the area and returns the businesses on the map, whether or not anyone at those businesses keeps a LinkedIn profile.

What a record is

A Kaspr record is a person: a name, a job title, an employer, and the contact details that belong to that individual. That is exactly what you need when your offer has to reach one decision maker inside a company of two hundred people.

A Leadralia record is an organisation: name, address, public phone number, website, rating and review count, plus the email address published on the business's own site. No job titles, no personal profiles. When the buyer is the owner standing behind the counter, the business address is the door they open themselves.

What an email costs

Kaspr gives unlimited B2B email credits on every paid plan, subject to a fair use policy, and 15 a month on the free plan. Direct emails, the personal ones, are metered separately: 5 a month on Starter, 200 a month on Business.

Leadralia charges €0.00 to find and verify an email. Nothing is guessed from a name pattern: the address comes from the business's own website and is checked for deliverability before it can be used, and if no working address exists the field stays empty. You pay €0.05 only when you send a message through Leadralia, refunded automatically if the send fails, or €0.02 to reveal an address for use somewhere else.

What a phone number costs

This row is where Kaspr earns its subscription. Phone credits are the scarce currency: 5 a month free, 1,200 a year on Starter, 2,400 a year on Business, and add-on packs published from €0.35 per credit down to €0.05 at the largest volume. A mobile number for a named person is genuinely hard to obtain, and that is the product.

Leadralia includes the business's public phone number in the €0.02 result. It is the number on the door and on the listing, not a private line, and Leadralia does not verify phone numbers. If your sales motion is dialling named individuals, that single row may settle the whole comparison in Kaspr's favour.

Subscription per user, or a wallet

Kaspr is a per-seat subscription. Starter is €45 per user per month on annual billing or €59 billed monthly; Business is €79 annually or €99 monthly; Enterprise is custom and adds unlimited credits, intent data and single sign-on. Unused monthly credits roll over on paid plans, and add-on credits can be bought at any time.

Leadralia has no subscription by default. You top up a wallet from €5 by card, the balance never expires, and you pay €0.02 per business found. A business you already have is €0.00 in any later search, forever. Every search carries a spending limit you set, so a bill can never pass your number. Optional plans start at €19 a month, with every feature in every tier.

The practical difference shows in a quiet month: a seat costs the same whether you prospect or not, and a wallet costs nothing.

The free tiers

Kaspr's free plan is a taste of the credits: 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month, 100 exports, and no rollover.

Leadralia's free tier is 25 searches and 10 email sends a month, without a card. A search is not one lookup: it is a sweep of an area that can return many businesses, each with its email found and verified at no charge.

After the data: who writes the message

Kaspr stops at the contact, by design. Leads are saved in its dashboard with notes, tags and lists, then pushed into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, a dialler such as Aircall or Ringover, or a sending tool such as Lemlist or Brevo. If you already run a sequencer you like, that is a feature and not a gap.

Leadralia keeps going. Describe your offer in one sentence and the built-in AI writes a personal message; you read it, edit it and approve every word, with the exact audience and the exact cost on screen before anything goes out. Messages are sent from your own mailbox (Gmail or Outlook by OAuth, any SMTP mailbox, or your own domain) by email, each ending with a simple way to say no (send "no" to the address at the bottom). Replies land in an inbox inside Leadralia, and every lead carries a status, a note and a follow-up date.

How it fits your stack

Kaspr lives in the browser bar next to LinkedIn and connects outward to a CRM, with API access available on request on paid plans.

Leadralia is a website: nothing to install, no API keys, no extension. It also has no API and no CRM integration at all, so if you need contacts pushed into Salesforce automatically, that is a real limitation. You export to Excel or CSV instead.

Personal contact data and public business data

There is no accusation to make here. Kaspr publishes that it is GDPR and CCPA aligned, states legitimate interest as its lawful basis, works on an opt-out basis, says it notifies over 50,000 contacts a day about the processing and their rights, and offers an option to hide direct emails for compliance reasons.

The difference is the kind of data each product hands you and the duties that ride along with it. A named person's mobile number and personal email are personal data. Processing them is lawful, but you inherit the full set of controller obligations: a basis you can defend, information duties toward that individual, and their rights to object, to access and to erasure.

A business's published contact address, the one on its own website next to its public listing, is data about an organisation. Where it does not identify a natural person, the personal data regime largely does not apply and your obligations are lighter. National rules on unsolicited commercial messages still apply either way.

Leadralia is built on that second kind of data on purpose: the public listing and the business's own website, no bought databases and no data brokers. Every message ends with a one-line source sentence and a simple way out (send "no" to the address at the bottom; mail to Belgium also carries an unsubscribe link), a business can remove itself instantly through a self-serve portal, and Leadralia never sells data. Leadralia works under the GDPR.

When to choose which

Choose Kaspr when:

  • You prospect from LinkedIn and the person is already on your screen.
  • You call more than you email, and a mobile number is worth more than a company address.
  • You need job titles, seniority or the employer behind a name.
  • Your team lives in a CRM that Kaspr pushes to, or you want a dialler connected.
  • You recruit, and candidates are LinkedIn profiles rather than businesses.

Choose Leadralia when:

  • The list is the missing piece: every clinic in a city, every garage in a province, every hotel on a coastline.
  • You sell to local businesses, where the map is the market and LinkedIn is nearly empty.
  • You want complete coverage of an area instead of the companies you happened to think of.
  • You are entering a market you have never sold into, in any of 195 countries.
  • You would rather pay €0.02 per result than a monthly seat you may not use.
  • You want the message written, approved, sent and answered in the same place as the list.

The two overlap very little, which is why using both is reasonable: Leadralia for whole-market coverage of small and local businesses, Kaspr for the named buyer inside larger accounts you already identified.

Three questions people ask

Can Leadralia find someone's mobile number from LinkedIn?

No. Leadralia works at the level of the business: its public listing, its own website, its published email address and its public phone number. It has no LinkedIn data, no personal contact data, no phone verification and no browser extension. For a named individual's direct line, a contact database like Kaspr is the right tool.

Can Kaspr give me every plumber in a city?

Not in the way a map search does. Kaspr enriches the profiles you bring it from LinkedIn searches, groups and events, so the coverage you get is the coverage LinkedIn has. Plenty of plumbers, salons and small shops are on the map with a website and a phone number, and nowhere on LinkedIn.

Which one is cheaper?

It depends on the shape of the work, not on a headline. Kaspr's Starter seat is €45 per user per month on annual billing whether you use the credits or not, and phone credits are the limit that bites first. Leadralia charges €0.02 per business found, €0.00 for the verified email and €0.05 per email sent, with no monthly floor. For a team dialling hundreds of named prospects a month, Kaspr's per-credit price is the number to compare; for building and emailing a market list, Leadralia's per-result price is.

Bottom line

Kaspr is a good answer to a narrow, valuable question: how do I reach this person I am looking at right now, preferably by phone. It sits inside the LinkedIn workflow, European coverage is its calling card, and it connects to the CRM and dialler you already use. Leadralia does none of that.

Leadralia answers the question that comes before it: which businesses exist in this area at all, and how do I contact them this week. It finds them live from the map anywhere in the world, finds and verifies the business email for free, writes the outreach for your approval and sends it from your own mailbox, charging per result with no subscription.

If your market is made of places rather than job titles, run one search for free and compare what comes back with the list you have. The first 25 searches need no card.
