Leadralia

Leadralia vs ZoomInfo: an enterprise platform or pay per result

ZoomInfo is an enterprise B2B intelligence platform sold on an annual quote. Leadralia searches the map live and charges from €0.02 per business. A fair comparison.

Both tools end with a list of businesses you can contact, and that is roughly where the similarity stops. ZoomInfo is an enterprise go-to-market platform built on a large, continuously maintained database of companies and professionals, sold per organisation on a quote and billed annually. Leadralia is a self-serve tool that sweeps the map live for every business of a type in an area you choose, attaches a verified business email to each one, and charges per result from €0.02.

Neither is a cheaper version of the other. They are built for different buyers, and the honest answer to "which one" is usually obvious once you know who you sell to. If you sell software to sales departments at mid-size and large companies, you need named people, titles and buying signals, and ZoomInfo is built for exactly that. If you sell to local businesses and SMBs, a bakery, a dental clinic, a garage, a hotel, you need the complete current list of a market and a way to reach the business itself.

This article puts the two side by side, explains every row of the table, and then says plainly when to choose which.

At a glance

Twelve things buyers actually compare, marked honestly in both directions. Every row is explained in the sections below.

Where the data comes from

This is the row that explains all the others. ZoomInfo maintains a database. Records are gathered, cleaned, enriched and refreshed on an ongoing basis, and when you search, you are searching that database. The scale is the point: ZoomInfo's site states 100M+ companies and 500M+ professionals, and a database of that size can answer questions no live search can, such as "every company in this industry, this size, using this technology".

Leadralia does not keep a list. Each search queries the map at that moment for a type of business in an area, so a shop that opened last month is in your results and one that closed is not. Then it reads each business's own website to find the email address behind it, for free, and verifies that address before you can use it. Nothing is guessed from a name pattern; if no working address exists, the field stays empty.

The freshness row follows from this. A maintained database is refreshed on a schedule that you do not control. A live search has nothing to go stale, but it also cannot tell you anything that is not visible on the map or on the business's own site today.

Coverage works the same way. Leadralia covers any type of business in 195 countries, down to a single street, which is what you want when the question is "every physiotherapy practice in this province". ZoomInfo is at its strongest where a business has named, findable staff, which is typically the mid-size and large company end of the market.

Who you actually reach

ZoomInfo gives you people: a name, a job title, a place in the org chart. For an enterprise sale with a buying committee, that is the whole game. You are not writing to a company, you are writing to a VP of Operations and copying her director.

Leadralia gives you the business: one verified email address behind the shop, the clinic or the agency, plus the phone number, website, rating and review count. For a local or SMB sale that is usually the right unit, because the owner reads the general inbox and there is no committee to map.

The intent row is a genuine gap and worth naming. ZoomInfo advertises intent data and more than fifty real-time buying and business signals, so it can tell a seller which accounts are researching a category right now. Leadralia has nothing equivalent and does not claim to. It tells you who exists in a market, not who is currently shopping.

What it costs and how you commit

ZoomInfo does not publish prices. Paid plans are quoted per organisation and billed annually, and ZoomInfo's own explanation names five things that drive the quote: team size, credit volume, the features you need (intent data, technographics, WebSights), integrations and API access, and contract length. Credits are consumed when you download verified contact records. That model fits a company that buys tools once a year with a budget line and a procurement process.

Leadralia publishes every number, and you pay per result:

What you do Price
Find a business (name, address, phone, website, rating, reviews) €0.02
Find and verify its email address €0.00
Send an email through Leadralia €0.05, refunded if the send fails
Reveal an email address to use elsewhere €0.02
A business you already have, in any later search €0.00

There is no contract. You top up a wallet from €5 by card, the balance never expires, and every search carries a spending limit you set, so a bill cannot pass your number. A worked example: 1,000 businesses (€20), all 1,000 emails found and verified (€0), then emailing the best 500 (€25), for €45 in total. Optional plans give the same credits at a lower unit price, with yearly billing at ten months for twelve, and every feature is in every tier.

Both have a real free tier. ZoomInfo Lite is permanently free with no credit card and no expiry, and gives 10 credits a month, or 25 for Community Edition members who contribute business contact data from their own email and calendar. Leadralia's free tier is 25 searches and 10 email sends a month, also without a card.

Outreach, workflow and integrations

ZoomInfo's Copilot writes openers from company updates, org changes and intent signals, and the platform connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong, with bi-directional CRM sync and write-back. There are APIs and data delivery into warehouses such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud and Azure. If your team already runs on a CRM and a sequencer, ZoomInfo drops into that stack rather than replacing it.

Leadralia is the other shape: the whole loop is inside one tool. Describe your offer in a sentence and the built-in AI writes a personal outreach message; you read, edit and approve every word, and the screen shows the exact audience and the exact cost before anything goes out. Messages leave from your own mailbox (Gmail or Outlook by OAuth, any SMTP mailbox, or your own domain), by email, and replies land in an inbox next to the lead. Leads carry a status, a note and a follow-up date, which is a thin CRM rather than a real one.

The trade-off is plain. Leadralia has no API, no browser extension and no CRM integration; you export to Excel or CSV and bring the list where you need it. That is a real limitation for a team with an established stack, and no limitation at all for someone who just wants to run a campaign today.

Setup differs in the same direction. ZoomInfo is a demo, a quote and an onboarding. Leadralia is an email address or a Google account, with nothing to install and no API keys to manage.

Compliance and the data involved

The two products handle different categories of data, which changes what compliance means for each.

ZoomInfo processes business contact information about individuals. Its site states that it provides notice to data subjects under GDPR Article 13 or 14 as appropriate, honours the rights in Articles 12 to 23 including erasure, and runs a privacy centre where a person can view, correct or remove their profile. It has also appointed an EU representative under Article 27. Handling personal data at that scale is a serious obligation, and ZoomInfo is explicit about how it meets it.

Leadralia only uses public business data: the public listing and the business's own website. No bought databases, no data brokers, no personal profiles. Every message it sends ends with a one-line source sentence and a simple way out (send "no" to the address at the bottom; mail to Belgium also carries an unsubscribe link), a business can ask to be removed through a self-serve portal on the site and it happens instantly, and Leadralia never sells data. It works under GDPR.

When to choose which

Choose ZoomInfo if you sell to mid-size and large companies, if you need a named person and a job title rather than a company inbox, if intent signals change who your reps call this week, if the data has to live in Salesforce or a warehouse, and if an annual contract with a quote is a normal way for your organisation to buy software.

Choose Leadralia if you sell to local businesses and SMBs, if you need the complete and current list of a market rather than a sample of it, if you work in a country or a city that a database built around large companies covers thinly, if you want to see the price before you spend and pay per result, and if you would rather run a campaign this afternoon than schedule a demo.

A practical note for small teams: the two are not mutually exclusive. Nothing stops an agency from using a contact database for its enterprise accounts and Leadralia for the local market it prospects every week.

Three common questions

Is Leadralia a cheaper ZoomInfo?

No, and it is worth not pretending otherwise. Leadralia is cheaper to start with because it charges per result and has no contract, but it does not do several things ZoomInfo does: no named contacts with job titles, no intent data, no CRM integration, no API. It is a different product that happens to solve the first part of the same problem.

Can I get named decision makers with Leadralia?

Not as a feature. Leadralia gives you the business and one verified email address behind it, taken from the business's own website. For a shop, a clinic or a small agency that address usually reaches the person who decides. For a 5,000-person company it does not, and a contact database is the right tool.

How much does ZoomInfo cost?

ZoomInfo does not publish a price. Plans are quoted per organisation and billed annually, and the quote depends on seats, credit volume, the features you need, integrations and API access, and contract length. The only way to get a number is to ask their sales team. There is a permanently free ZoomInfo Lite tier with 10 credits a month if you want to see the data first.

Bottom line

ZoomInfo is an enterprise data platform. It is the right choice for a sales organisation selling to larger companies that needs named contacts, buying signals and data flowing into the systems it already runs, and it is priced and sold like enterprise software: a quote, a year, a procurement conversation.

Leadralia is a pay-per-result map search with outreach attached. It is the right choice for anyone selling to local businesses and SMBs anywhere in the world who needs every business in a market as it stands today, with a verified email address on each one, at €0.02 per result and no contract.
