Leadralia

Leadralia vs Seamless.AI: named contacts from a database, or every business on the map

Seamless.AI finds named people with emails and direct dials inside companies you can already describe. Leadralia finds every business of a type in an exact area, with its own verified email, paid per result.

Seamless.AI is a contact database with a search engine in front of it. You describe the people you want (a title, an industry, a company, a location), click Find, and it returns a named person with a verified business email, a direct dial and often a mobile number. A Chrome extension does the same on LinkedIn, company websites and Gmail, and the results flow into Salesforce, HubSpot and many other tools.

Leadralia is a map search with outreach attached. You pick a type of business and an area, it returns every business there, live from the map, finds and verifies the business email on each company's own website for free, and the built-in AI drafts the first message for you to approve. You pay per result, with no subscription.

Both find emails, verify them and help you write, and they differ at the root. Seamless.AI answers "who is the right person at these companies, and how do I reach them directly". Leadralia answers "which businesses exist here at all, and how do I write to each of them". Your question decides the better buy.

Note. Seamless.AI is the better buy when you sell to companies with a web and LinkedIn footprint and need the named decision maker, a direct dial, intent signals and a CRM that fills itself. Leadralia is the better buy when the list itself is the missing piece: every business of one type in an exact area, reached through its own business email, paid per result with no quote and no subscription.

Reading the tables row by row

Starting point

Everything below follows from this row. Seamless.AI starts from a person or a company you can already describe: its Prospector filters a database, and its Chrome extension reads the LinkedIn profile or company website you have open. Quick and precise when you know who you are after.

Leadralia starts from a place: "physiotherapy practices in Antwerp", "roofers in the Algarve", "bakeries on this street". There is no roster to begin with, because those businesses are on the map and not in anyone's professional database. Leadralia sweeps the area and hands you the whole market.

What you get

A Seamless.AI result is a contact card: a named person, a verified business email, a direct dial, often a mobile number, a title and a company. For selling into larger organisations, where the name on the card decides whether a message lands, that is the right unit.

A Leadralia result is the business: name, address, phone number, website, rating and review count, plus the email address found on the business's own website and verified. There is no named employee, no job title and no mobile number. For a local business with three staff that is not a gap, because the owner reads the business inbox. For a 2,000-person company it is.

Data source

Seamless.AI researches in real time against a stored database it puts at 1.8 billion verified business emails and 414 million phone numbers. The record is refreshed when you click Find, but the universe you search is the database's: people and companies with a web and LinkedIn footprint.

Leadralia holds no stored list. Each search reads the map at that moment, so a café that opened last month appears and one that closed does not. The universe is the map's universe: every business with a public listing, including the one-person workshop that has never had a LinkedIn page.

Verification

Both verify as part of the result. Seamless.AI describes a 10-step real-time verification process and quotes 90% average accuracy for its contact data; the check is inside the credit you spend.

On Leadralia, finding and verifying the email costs €0.00, and an address that fails verification simply does not appear. Nothing is guessed from a name pattern.

Pricing model and entry price

This is the widest gap between the two.

Seamless.AI sells licences with credits; one credit researches one contact, email and phone together. The vendor's credit guide lists Free (50 credits that do not replenish), Basic (250 credits a month), Pro (10,000 credits a month) and Enterprise packages with custom allocations. Autopilot costs 1 credit per contact, enrichment 1 credit per row, the AI Assistant 0.2 credit per interaction. What a licence costs in money is not published: the pricing page asks your monthly volume and company size, then routes you to sales. Third parties quote figures; we have not verified them and do not repeat them.

Leadralia publishes every price and charges per result: €0.02 per business found, €0.00 to find and verify its email, €0.05 to send an email through Leadralia (refunded automatically if the send fails), €0.02 to reveal an address for use elsewhere. A business you already have is free in every later search, forever. You top up a wallet from €5, the balance never expires, and every search carries a spending limit you set, so a bill can never pass your number.

If you would rather not run the tool at all, Leadralia also sells "We do it for you" packages: it finds the businesses you pick, finds their emails, writes the first email in your name for your approval and sends it, for €15 per 100 businesses, €49 per 500 or €100 per 1,200, with no subscription.

Free tier

Seamless.AI's Free plan needs no card and gives 50 credits, so 50 contact cards with email and phone. The vendor's documents disagree on whether they renew (the credit guide says no, a blog comparison says monthly), so treat it as a trial.

Leadralia's free tier is 25 businesses found and 25 email sends a month, also without a card, and it renews every month for as long as you like.

Buyer intent, job changes, Autopilot

Seamless.AI does several things Leadralia does not attempt. Buyer Intent flags accounts showing interest in topics you choose, Job Changes alerts you when a contact moves, Pitch Intelligence adds sales insights to a profile, and Autopilot builds lists of thousands of contacts in the background from criteria you set once. CRM Enrich refreshes the records you already hold. They are the tools of a team working a defined account list, and they are good.

Leadralia has none of them. It has a thin pipeline instead: each lead carries a status, a note and a follow-up date, leads show on a map, and you export to Excel or CSV.

Integrations, extension and API

Seamless.AI integrates natively with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Keap, Pipedrive, Salesloft, Insightly, Greenhouse, Outreach and Mixmax, connects to thousands more through Zapier, and ships a Chrome extension that works on LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator and Recruiter), company websites, Salesforce and Gmail. Its API is bundled with certain plan tiers or sold as an add-on, with calls consuming credits; standalone API pricing is not published.

Leadralia has no CRM integration, no Zapier and no browser extension; there is nothing to install. It does have a public REST API with keys, scopes and published docs that reaches searches, leads, enrichment, campaigns and the account, in every tier. If you need contacts flowing into Salesforce tonight without writing code, Seamless.AI wins this row outright.

Outreach

Seamless.AI's AI Assistant drafts cold emails, follow-ups, call scripts and LinkedIn messages from prompt templates and works inside Gmail, the extension and its own Connect hub, which also covers emailing and calling. The vendor sells the AI Assistant as a premium upgrade.

Leadralia's outreach is part of the base product. You describe your offer in a sentence, the AI writes a personal message per business, and you read, edit and approve every word before anything is sent, with the exact audience and cost on screen. Mail leaves from your own mailbox (Gmail or Outlook by OAuth, any SMTP mailbox or your own domain) or from a ready Leadralia sending address. Every message ends with a one-line source sentence and a plain way to say no, and replies land in an inbox inside Leadralia and in your own mailbox. There are no multi-step sequences and no dialer.

Compliance

Seamless.AI is a US company. It states that it transfers personal data under the GDPR's standard contractual clauses, names an EU representative, and runs a Privacy Request Center with a "Do Not Sell or Share My Information" option. Its records are about named individuals, which is personal data, and that carries obligations for whoever sends to them from Europe.

Leadralia uses public business data only: the business's public listing and its own website. No bought databases, no data brokers, no personal profiles. Every message ends with a source sentence and "send no" instructions (mail to Belgium also carries an unsubscribe link), whatever reaches that address is processed automatically for every sender on Leadralia, and a business can remove itself instantly through a self-serve portal. Leadralia works under GDPR.

When to choose which

Choose Seamless.AI when:

  • You sell to mid-size and large companies, where reaching the right named person decides the deal.
  • You want direct dials and mobile numbers because your team sells by phone.
  • You need a CRM filled automatically and a Chrome extension where your reps already work.
  • Intent signals and job-change alerts are part of how you prioritise accounts.
  • You have the volume and the budget for a quoted licence.

Choose Leadralia when:

  • The list is the missing piece: every veterinary clinic in Porto, every garage along a motorway, every hotel in a region.
  • You sell to local businesses and SMBs, where the owner reads the business inbox and no professional database has them.
  • You want complete coverage of an area rather than the accounts you happened to think of.
  • You want a price you can read before you sign up, pay per result, and a spending limit per search.
  • You want the first message written, approved and sent from the same screen as the list, or you want Leadralia to do the whole job for you.

Frequently asked questions

Can Seamless.AI give me every business in a city?

It can filter its database by location and industry, and Autopilot can build a large list from those criteria. What comes back is the companies and people present in that database, which favours firms with a web and LinkedIn footprint. Leadralia reads the map at the moment of the search, so a business with no professional profile at all still appears.

Is Leadralia cheaper than Seamless.AI?

For finding businesses, almost certainly: €0.02 per business with the verified email free, no licence and no minimum. For named contacts with direct dials the question does not arise, because Leadralia does not sell them, and Seamless.AI's licence prices are not published, so a like-for-like figure cannot be stated.

Can I use both?

Yes. Leadralia builds and reaches the long tail of businesses in a territory. Seamless.AI works the named accounts you have already chosen, with intent data, direct dials and a CRM around them. They overlap less than their feature lists suggest.

Bottom line

Seamless.AI is a serious contact database for teams that sell into companies: named decision makers, direct dials, intent and job-change signals, a Chrome extension, deep CRM integrations and an API, on licences quoted by its sales team. If you arrive with target accounts and a phone-led team, it does several things Leadralia does not do at all.

Leadralia is the step before that. It finds every business of a type in an area anywhere in the world, live from the map, finds and verifies the business email for free, writes the first message for you to approve, and charges per result with the price on the page.

If your bottleneck is "which businesses should I even be contacting", run one search for free. No card is needed, and the docs show every price before you spend a cent.
