Leadralia vs Instantly: a sending machine, or a map search with one approved message
Instantly sends cold email at scale from unlimited warmed-up mailboxes, with a 450M contact database and a CRM on monthly plans. Leadralia finds every business in an area, verifies its email free and charges per result.
Instantly is a cold email sending platform. You connect as many mailboxes as you like, it warms them up, spreads a campaign across them, runs multi-step sequences and collects every reply in one inbox. Around that engine it sells a B2B contact database it calls SuperSearch (450 million or more contacts, by its own count) and a CRM, each on its own monthly plan.
Leadralia is a map search with outreach attached. You pick a type of business and an area, it returns every business there, finds and verifies the business email for free, and the built-in AI writes one first message that you approve word by word before it leaves from your own mailbox. You pay per result, with no subscription.
The two meet at a single step, the email landing in an inbox, and differ on everything before and after it. Instantly assumes you already have a list, or can filter one out of a database, and that your real problem is sending volume without burning your domains. Leadralia assumes the list is the problem, because the businesses you want are on a map and not in anybody's professional database.
At a glance

| Named people and job titles | businesses, not named people | 450M+ contact database |
| Email found and verified | free, before use | 1 to 2 credits per lead |
| Works without a subscription | pay per result | monthly plans |
| Free tier without a card | every month, no end date | 14-day trial, then deleted |
| Unlimited sending accounts and warm-up | your own mailbox | on every outreach plan |
| Multi-step sequences and A/B tests | one approved message | core of the product |
| Replies in one inbox | inbox inside Leadralia | Unibox |
| AI writes the first message | you approve every word | AI prompts and agents, in credits |
| API | REST API with keys | API v2 with webhooks |
| CRM and integrations | status, note, follow-up date | separate CRM plan, Zapier |
| Intent data and firmographics | none | signals, revenue, headcount |
In short. Instantly is the better buy when you already run cold email at volume: many mailboxes, tens of thousands of sends a month, sequences and one inbox for a team. Leadralia is the better buy when the list itself is missing, when the market is local, and when you want to pay for results rather than capacity.

Reading the tables row by row
Starting point
Instantly starts after the list exists. You upload a CSV, or you open SuperSearch and filter: job title, seniority, industry, company size, location, technologies, revenue, buying signals. That is a strong way to find a marketing director at a software company with 200 staff. It is a poor way to find every bakery in Antwerp, because a bakery has no job titles and often no entry in a professional database at all.
Leadralia starts from the map. You type a kind of business and a place, and it sweeps that exact area and returns every match, down to a single street, in 195 countries. The one-person workshop that opened last month is in the result. Leadralia answers "which businesses exist here", a question Instantly does not ask.
What you get
Instantly gives you a contact: a person, a work email, a title, a company, ready to be mailed. That is personal data about a named employee, and exactly what teams selling to mid-size and large companies want.
Leadralia gives you the business: name, address, phone, website, rating and review count, with the email found on the business's own website and verified. It is the market rather than the contact card, and deliberately not a profile of a named person.
Finding and verifying the email
Instantly is fair here. A verified work email costs 1 credit when Instantly sources it and 2 or more when it comes from a data partner, about 1.5 on average by Instantly's own figure. Nothing is charged when no verified email is found, and verifying an address you already own costs 0.25 credits. On the $47 Credits Growth plan that is roughly 1,000 verified contacts a month; unused credits on monthly plans expire two months after purchase.
On Leadralia, finding and verifying the email costs €0.00. It is a condition of the address appearing in your list, not a line item. You pay €0.02 for the business and only then, if you choose, €0.05 to send or €0.02 to reveal the address.
Pricing model and entry price
Instantly sells three subscriptions, in US dollars. Outreach: Growth at $47 a month for 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts, Hypergrowth at $97 for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts, Light Speed at $358 for 500,000 emails and 100,000 contacts, all with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up. Credits: Growth at $47 for 1,500, Supersonic at $97 for 5,000, Hyper from $197 for 10,000 and up. CRM: Growth at $47 and Hyper at $97, unlimited seats. Bundles combine sending and credits from $94 a month; yearly billing lowers all of them. Enterprise and VIP are quoted by sales.
One detail worth knowing: the uploaded contact limit is a fixed ceiling across all your campaigns, not a monthly allowance. On Growth you can hold 1,000 contacts in total.
Leadralia is pay-as-you-go by default. You top up a wallet from €5 and pay per result: €0.02 per business found, €0.00 for its verified email, €0.05 per email sent (refunded automatically if the send fails), €0.02 to reveal an address. A business you already have costs €0.00 in any later search, forever. The balance never expires, and every search has a spending limit you set. Optional plans run from €19 to €299 a month with every feature in every tier. If you would rather not run the tool at all, "We do it for you" packages find the businesses, write the first email in your name for your approval and send it: 100 businesses for €15, 500 for €49, 1,200 for €100.
Free tier
Instantly's trial is 14 days without a card: two mailboxes, 250 leads, 1,000 emails and 100 credits. When it ends, warm-up and campaigns pause, and an account that has not upgraded is deleted.
Leadralia's free tier has no end date: 25 businesses and 25 email sends every month, no card. It is small, but it never expires.
Sending: accounts, warm-up and volume
This is Instantly's home ground. Every outreach plan allows unlimited connected mailboxes with unlimited warm-up, and a campaign spreads its sends across all of them. Instantly's own guidance is about 30 campaign emails plus 10 warm-up emails per mailbox per day, so twenty mailboxes give you roughly 600 cold emails a day without pushing any single account. It also sells the plumbing: domains at $15 a year and pre-warmed or done-for-you Google accounts from $5 to $10 a month each. On Hypergrowth, 125,000 emails for $97 is well under a tenth of a cent per send.
Leadralia does not compete with that. Messages leave from your own mailbox (Gmail or Outlook by OAuth, any SMTP mailbox, or your own domain), or from a ready sending address Leadralia sets up in your name, with a daily limit per address. Each send costs €0.05, refunded if it fails. Past roughly 1,000 sends a month, Instantly's flat plan is the cheaper way to send. Below that, €0.05 per message with no floor is cheaper.
Sequences, AI and the inbox
Instantly runs multi-step sequences with automatic follow-ups and A/B variants, and its Unibox collects every reply from every mailbox in one place. An AI reply agent drafts answers for 5 credits each, and AI prompts personalise lines at about 0.5 credits a row.
Leadralia sends one message. You describe your offer in a sentence, the AI writes a personal first email per business, and you read, edit and approve every word; the exact audience and the exact cost are on screen before anything goes out. Replies land in an inbox inside Leadralia and in your own mailbox. There are no conditional sequences, no variants and no automated reply drafting.
API, CRM and integrations
Both have an API. Instantly's v2 API uses scoped keys and offers webhooks for campaign, email, lead and meeting events. Leadralia's REST API under /api/v1 uses keys with scopes and covers searches, leads, enrichment, campaigns and the account, with published reference docs.
Beyond the API, Instantly wins. Its CRM is a separate plan with a unified inbox for emails, calls, SMS and tasks, pipelines, unlimited seats, and Slack, calendar and Zapier integrations. Leadralia has no CRM integration, no Zapier, no browser extension. Each lead has a status, a note and a follow-up date, you can see leads on a map, and you export to Excel or CSV.
Compliance
Instantly's privacy policy lists its database sources as websites and apps that collect the information, public sources, and data compilers. People in the database can use an opt-out page, and Instantly says it removes them from its active marketing databases within 15 business days in most cases. It states GDPR compliance and names an EU representative. The records are about named individuals, which is personal data, and that carries obligations wherever you send from.
Leadralia uses public business data only: the business's public listing and its own website. No bought databases, no data brokers, no personal profiles. Every message ends with a one-line source sentence and a simple way out (send "no" to the address at the bottom), and a business can remove itself instantly through a self-serve portal. Leadralia works under GDPR.
Note. Instantly's limits are mailboxes, warm-up time and the uploaded contact ceiling on your plan. Leadralia's limit is the spending cap you set on each search and the daily limit of the mailbox you send from. Decide what you are short of, lists or sending capacity, before you compare prices.
When to choose which
Choose Instantly when:
- You already send thousands of cold emails a month and need more mailboxes, warm-up and rotation.
- You want multi-step sequences with follow-ups, A/B tests and a unified inbox for a team.
- Your targets are people with job titles at companies that exist in professional databases.
- You want a CRM, Zapier and webhooks around the sending engine.
Choose Leadralia when:
- The list is the missing piece: every physiotherapist in Lisbon, every wholesaler in a province.
- You sell to local businesses and SMBs that have a map pin and a website but no entry in a contact database.
- You do not want a subscription, and a quiet month should cost close to nothing.
- You want one honest first message, approved word by word, sent from your own name.
- You would rather hand the whole thing over: a "We do it for you" package from €15.
Frequently asked questions
Can Instantly find every business in a city?
SuperSearch filters a stored database by industry and location, so it returns the companies and people in that database, which leans towards firms with employees, a web footprint and job titles. A one-chair barber or a family restaurant usually is not there. Leadralia reads the map at the moment of the search, so it is.
Is Leadralia cheaper than Instantly?
For building a list, yes: €0.02 per business with the verified email free, against a $47 monthly floor and 1 to 2 credits per contact. For sending, no: Instantly's Hypergrowth sends 125,000 emails for $97, and Leadralia charges €0.05 each. The crossover is around 1,000 sends a month.
Can I use both?
Yes. Build the local list on Leadralia, reveal the addresses you want at €0.02 each or export to CSV, and load them into Instantly if you need its sending volume and sequences.
Bottom line
Instantly is a sending machine with a database and a CRM bolted on: unlimited mailboxes, unlimited warm-up, sequences, a unified inbox and an API, sold as monthly plans in dollars. If you already run cold email at scale, it does several things Leadralia does not do at all, and at volume it sends for a fraction of the price.
Leadralia is the step before that, and for many small sellers the whole of it. It finds every business of a type in an area, live from the map, finds and verifies the business email for free, writes one first message for you to approve, and charges per result.
If your bottleneck is "which businesses should I even be contacting", run one search for free; no card is needed, and the docs cover the API.
