Leadralia vs Snov.io: an outreach suite, or a map search with outreach
Snov.io finds addresses for targets you can already describe and runs sequences to them. Leadralia builds the list from the map first, verifies the email for free and charges per result.
Snov.io is a sales suite. It finds email addresses, verifies them, runs drip campaigns with follow-ups, keeps a small CRM behind them and puts a Chrome extension in your browser, all on a monthly credit plan.
Leadralia is a map search with outreach attached. You pick a type of business and an area, it returns every business there, finds and verifies the business email for free, and the built-in AI writes the first message for you to approve. You pay per result, with no subscription.
Both end with an email arriving in someone's inbox. They differ completely in where the list comes from. Snov.io assumes you can already describe who you want: a domain, a LinkedIn search, a filter on industry, job title or company size. Leadralia assumes you cannot, because the businesses you want are on a map and not in anybody's professional database.
At a glance
| Criterion | Leadralia | Snov.io |
|---|---|---|
| Builds the list from a map area | every business in the area | database filters instead |
| Works anywhere, down to one street | 195 countries | filters by country and city |
| Named people and job titles | businesses, not named people | core of the product |
| Email verification included | free, before use | 1 credit per verification |
| Works without a subscription | pay per result | monthly credit plans |
| Free tier without a card | 25 searches a month | 50 credits every 30 days |
| Multi-step drip sequences | one approved message | follow-ups, goals, conditions |
| LinkedIn data and automation | no LinkedIn data | paid add-on per slot |
| Browser extension | nothing to install | two Chrome extensions |
| API | none | on every paid plan |
| Pipeline and deal management | status, note, follow-up date | full sales CRM |
In short. Snov.io is the better buy when your targets are companies with a web and LinkedIn footprint, and you want sequences, an extension, an API and a CRM in one subscription. Leadralia is the better buy when the list itself is the missing piece, when the market is local, and when you would rather pay per result than per month.

Reading the tables row by row
Starting point
This row decides every row under it. Snov.io answers "what is the address of this person at this company". Leadralia answers "which businesses exist here at all".
If your targets came out of a funding list, a conference roster or a LinkedIn search, the hard part is already done and Snov.io turns that into contactable addresses quickly. If you sell to every tyre garage in a province, there is no roster to start from, and a finder has nothing to bite on until you have built the list somewhere else.
What you get
Snov.io gives you a prospect: a person, an address, a job title, a company, often a LinkedIn profile. That is a contact card at a company you already chose.
Leadralia gives you the business: name, address, phone number, website, rating and review count, with the email found on the business's own website and verified. It is the market rather than the contact card, and it is deliberately not personal data about a named employee.
Data source
Snov.io works from a stored database, which it describes as more than 500 million verified email addresses, plus live domain and LinkedIn lookups. A database is a stock: broad, strong on companies with a web and social footprint, refreshed on the vendor's own schedule.
Leadralia holds no stored list. Every search reads the map at that moment, so a workshop that opened last month is in your results and one that closed is not. That is the trade. Snov.io has reach across professional profiles, Leadralia has completeness and freshness inside one area.
Verification
Both verify, and both do it well. The difference is on the bill.
On Snov.io, each verification costs one credit, the same as a prospect, so a list you both build and verify spends credits twice. A full deliverability check costs 25 credits.
On Leadralia, finding and verifying the email costs €0.00. Verification is not a line item; it is a condition of the address appearing in your list at all.
Pricing model and entry price
Snov.io sells credit plans, published in US dollars. The Trial plan is free. Starter is $39 a month or $351 a year for 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients. Pro S is $99 a month or $891 a year for 5,000 credits, Pro M is $189 or $1,701 for 20,000, Pro L is $369 or $3,321 for 50,000, and Ultra is $738 or $6,642 for 100,000 credits and 200,000 recipients. Above that, Custom Ultra is quoted by sales. Credits reset with the billing period, and what you do not spend is gone.
Leadralia is pay-as-you-go by default. You top up a wallet and pay per result: €0.02 for a business found, €0.00 for its verified email, €0.05 to send an email through Leadralia (refunded automatically if the send fails) and €0.02 to reveal an address for use elsewhere. A business you already have costs €0.00 in any later search, forever. The balance never expires, and every search carries a spending limit you set, so a bill can never pass your number. A €5 top-up finds 100 businesses with their verified addresses.
Leadralia also offers optional plans from €19 a month if you are in the tool every week, with every feature in every tier and yearly billing at ten months for twelve.
One honest point in Snov.io's favour: sending is unlimited on its paid plans, and follow-ups to the same recipient inside a billing period do not consume a new recipient. If you send tens of thousands of emails a month to a list you already own, that is a strong deal, and Leadralia's €0.05 per send is not competing with it.
Free tier
Snov.io's Trial plan is genuinely usable rather than time-boxed: 50 credits, 100 recipients and one warm-up slot, renewed every 30 days for as long as you like.
Leadralia's free tier is 25 searches and 10 email sends a month, without a card. A search is a sweep of an area, not a single lookup, so 25 of them cover far more ground than 50 credits do.
Outreach
This is Snov.io's home ground. It builds multi-step drip campaigns with automatic follow-ups, goals and conditions in a drag and drop editor, tracks replies, warms mailboxes up, and adds LinkedIn steps through a paid add-on. Paid plans include unlimited campaigns, unlimited follow-ups and unlimited team seats.
Leadralia does less here, and does it differently. You describe your offer in one sentence, the AI writes a personal message per business, and you read, edit and approve every word before anything goes out. The exact audience and the exact cost are on screen first. Messages leave from your own mailbox (Gmail or Outlook by OAuth, any SMTP mailbox, or your own domain), every one ends with a one-line source sentence and a simple way to say no (send "no" to the address at the bottom), and replies land in an inbox inside Leadralia. There are no automated multi-step sequences.
API, extension and CRM
Snov.io includes an API and webhooks on every paid plan with unlimited export, ships two Chrome extensions for prospecting from websites and from LinkedIn, and includes a sales CRM with custom pipelines and deal management.
Leadralia has none of that. No API, no browser extension, no Zapier or CRM integration. It carries a thin pipeline instead: each lead has a status, a note and a follow-up date, you can see leads on a map, and you export to Excel or CSV. If you need lead data flowing into your own systems automatically, Snov.io wins that comparison outright.
Compliance
Snov.io states a commitment to GDPR, publishes a data protection contact and an external data protection officer based in Hamburg, and offers a "Clear From List" tool so a person can remove their address from its database, as well as removal by email. Its records are about named individuals, which is personal data, and that carries obligations wherever you send from.
Leadralia uses public business data only: the business's public listing and its own website. No bought databases, no data brokers, no personal profiles. Every message ends with a one-line source sentence and a simple way out (send "no" to the address at the bottom; mail to Belgium also carries an unsubscribe link), and a business can remove itself instantly through a self-serve portal. Leadralia works under GDPR.
When to choose which
Choose Snov.io when:
- You already know the companies or the people, and you need their addresses.
- You want real multi-step sequences with conditions, follow-ups and reply tracking.
- You send at high volume every month, where unlimited sending beats a per-message price.
- You want an API, webhooks, a Chrome extension or a CRM with pipelines in the same subscription.
- You sell to larger organisations, where the job title on the contact card decides whether the message lands.
Choose Leadralia when:
- The list is the missing piece: every dental clinic in Milan, every campsite on a coastline, every wholesaler in a region.
- You sell to local businesses and SMBs, where the map is the market and the company has no professional profile to filter on.
- You want complete coverage of an area rather than the accounts you happened to think of.
- You do not want a subscription, and you would rather pay for results than for a monthly credit allowance you may not spend.
- You want the outreach in the same place as the list, written, approved and sent without an export step.
- You work outside the usual markets: Leadralia covers 195 countries, down to a single street.
Frequently asked questions
Can Snov.io give me every business in a city?
It can filter its database by industry and location, so you will get a list. It will be the companies and professionals that are present in that database, which favours firms with a website and a social footprint. Leadralia queries the map at the moment of the search, which is why a one-person workshop with no online profile, opened last month, still appears.
Is Leadralia cheaper than Snov.io?
It depends on the shape of the work. Snov.io's Starter plan is $39 a month for 1,000 credits whether you spend them or not, and each prospect and each verification costs one credit. Leadralia charges €0.02 per business found and €0.00 for the verified email, with no monthly floor, so a quiet month costs almost nothing. But sending is unlimited on Snov.io's paid plans while Leadralia charges €0.05 per email, so at high send volume against a list you already own, Snov.io is the cheaper end of the deal.
Can I use both?
Yes, and for some teams that is the sensible answer. Leadralia builds and reaches the long tail of businesses in a territory, where no database has good coverage. Snov.io works the named accounts you have already decided to chase, with sequences and an API around them. They overlap less than their feature lists suggest.
Bottom line
Snov.io is a mature outreach suite with a finder in front of it: sequences, verification, a CRM, extensions and an API in one subscription, and unlimited sending on paid plans. If you arrive with targets you can describe, it is a strong and complete tool, and it does several things Leadralia does not do at all.
Leadralia is the step before that. It finds every business of a type in an area anywhere in the world, live from the map, finds and verifies the business email for free, writes the first message for you to approve, and charges per result instead of per month.
If your bottleneck is "which businesses should I even be contacting", run one search for free. The first 25 searches need no card, and you can see the list before you spend anything.
