Question 1

Is this actually GDPR/AVG-compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Leadralia surfaces business data from public sources only, adds a one-click opt-out and an Article-14 transparency notice to every message, verifies addresses before sending, and runs a self-serve DSAR portal with instant erasure. The compliance machinery is built into the product.

Question 2

How fresh is the data, really?

Accepted Answer

As fresh as data gets. Nothing is served from a warehouse of old lists; every search queries the map live, at that moment, so you see the market as it exists today. And every email address is deliverability-checked again before you send.

Question 3

What happens when an email bounces?

Accepted Answer

Addresses are deliverability-checked before you can send, so bounces are rare by design. If a message fails to send, the €0.05 is refunded to your wallet automatically, and hard-bounced addresses are tracked so your campaigns stay healthy.

Question 4

Am I signing up for a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Only if you choose to. The default is pay-as-you-go: top up from €5, spend it whenever you like, no plan and no contract. Plans exist purely as a discount for regulars (monthly, or yearly where you pay for 10 months and get 12) and you can change or cancel anytime.

Question 5

How long before I see my first leads?

Accepted Answer

Minutes. Sign up free, no card, and your first 25 businesses plus 5 email reveals are covered. Type a niche and a place, and watch results stream in live. No setup, no API keys, nothing to install.

Question 6

Will I ever pay twice for the same business?

Accepted Answer

Never. Once a business is in your account, it is free on every future search, forever. Run broad searches, overlap regions, re-scan a city every month; the duplicates cost €0.00.
